Art Club Materials Needed

Many interested parties have asked what we need for Art Club. After some brainstorming, I compiled a list of potential projects and associated materials. If you feel a child who is attending and want to donate a material or materials from this list please do! Or if you feel like donating at all :). We take almost anything!


Also, suggested projects are WELCOME. After planning 5 classes a day, my creativity sometimes could use a push. Thank you!

Tissue Paper Self Portraits

Thinking along the lines of a float combined with Chuck Close’s paintings, use chicken wire and pieces of tissue paper to create a “paper painting” of a self portrait (subject might change).

Calder Mobiles

Creating mobiles to hang along the ceiling.
